HELPING with the T.A.M.U.
COMMUNITY SERVICE "HOMEWORK"!

Picture
We've been chosen by some of the T.A.M.U. students as the organization with whom they will complete their community service semester projects...so...

We'll be doing our              "AGGIE HOMEWORK!"

as we benefit from the students' efforts!  We're eager to get started with our new volunteers, and hopefully they'll receive outstanding project grades for their efforts!!

Here's the results from one group and volunteers...
 THANKS, Y'ALL!!

Volunteers' Mini Training and Play Date

Picture
Some of our newest volunteers got to meet the three minis during a recent training play date...it's difficult to know who had the most fun...the minis or the volunteers!

George Bush Presidential Library, 4th of July!

Picture
We'll be watching the fireworks from the presidential library grounds! The minis will be dressed in patriotic attire...Visit with us before the fireworks show!

Magical Muzzles and Manes was invited to EPS's Children's Christmas Party in Temple, Tx., and miniature horse Cowboy served as our ambassador.

Cowboy dressed for the occasion by wearing jingle bells around his legs, and in his mane, and light-up reindeer antlers!   Cowboy's shown with a new friend who looks especially pleased to be "holding him!"

             THE SMILE SAYS IT ALL!

Picture
The children were eager to feel Cowboy's furry winter coat, and touch his mane and forelock!  The little boy pictured is the 2011 March of Dimes Poster Child.

Hugs and Kisses for Cowboy...Look, he's smiling!!

Small Town Christmas Parade, Bellville, Tx.

Picture
Cowboy (pictured) and Copper were awarded the First Place Rosette in the "Most Whimsical" category of the Small Town Christmas parade, Bellville, Tx!!  Everyone, young and old(er), were fascinated by the mini horses, and their holiday attire...and life-like antlers!!

The minis were dressed as "Rudolph" and "Randolph" (the handsome twin brother).

The weather was great, and the parade lots of fun!  We also mingled with parade-goers, shoppers, and Ebenezer Scrooge around Bellville's Town Square after the parade...lots and lots of fun!!

                No "Bah!  Humbug" here!!

Bryan-College Station, Tx Christmas Parade

Picture
Scott, our magical elf, won "Best Pooper-Scooper" in the Mounted Division of the parade!  Yup!  We were placed in the "Mounted" division with the BIG horses...made us feel especially MINI!!  The BCS parade is a generous 2 miles,, and we were entry #76 of 113 ...so, we waited...and waited...and waited.   And, yup!!  It started raining...again, but we made it and we really appreciate all the people who braved the weather to stay to the end of the parade!!

Oreo was dressed as "Rudolpha," Rudolph's beautiful sister!!  Isn't she stunning!!

Copper was dressed as either "Rudolph," or "Randolph" the handsome twin brother!  Isn't he sharp looking!!  Cowboy, not pictured, was the other mini-"reindeer" twin.

Note the blinking red noses on our reindeer!!
